In celebration of the National Gallery’s bicentenary, Lead Curator Dr. Susanna Avery-Quash will be sharing an exciting overview of the year’s special activities and introducing her 2024 show ‘Hockney and Piero: A Longer Look’.

Starting with David Hockney’s love of Piero della Francesca’s work, and his Baptism of Christ in particular, the interactive talk will explore the fascinating links that have existed between the Gallery, its collection, and artists over the last 200 years.
