We invite you to come and see our residences for yourself, explore the beautiful spaces, meet our welcoming team for a private tour, or attend one of the many exciting events we host throughout the year. We always welcome friends or family to join.
It’s the perfect way to see Riverstone in action, get a feel for the vibrant community, and imagine what life could look like as part of it.
Connect & experience the lifestyle
We believe it’s important for you to experience Riverstone in the way that feels right for you. You may wish to take advantage of our Try Before You Buy option, where you can stay in one of our apartments for a few days to fully immerse yourself in the lifestyle.
You will have the opportunity to meet with our residents, General Managers, Concierge, and Wellbeing teams.
Choosing your apartment
Once you’ve found the Riverstone apartment that feels right for you, secure your apartment with a reservation fee of £5,000 (£10,000 for penthouses) and move when the timing suits you.
For added flexibility, we also offer a Rent to Buy option, giving you the opportunity to live in your chosen apartment with the option to purchase it at the end of your stay.
Riverstone Freedom – Effortless for you, handled by us
This is a complete, concierge-style service that removes the complexity of selling, buying, and moving. With so many moving parts, we create a bespoke plan tailored to your timeline. Our dedicated team manages the details, so you don’t have to.
Flexibility – Reserve your new home today and move when it suits you. Whether you need extra time to organise your sale, manage your belongings, or simply settle on the right moment, the timeline is on your terms—not ours.
Resources – Our trusted network becomes your advantage. From Independent Financial Advisers to solicitors and sector specialists, we connect you with professionals who understand the nuances of later-life moves and can provide expert, impartial guidance every step of the way.
Estate valuations – We coordinate valuations through our carefully vetted estate agency partners, giving you an accurate, realistic understanding of your property’s market value and helping you make informed decisions with confidence.
Enhancements – We provide practical support to ensure your property is market-ready. From minor improvements and home staging advice to trusted recommendations for decorators and tradespeople, we help maximise your home’s appeal to prospective buyers.
Dedicated service – Our customer care team leads with a discreet, professional approach from your initial reservation through to the day you move in. We are here to answer questions, ease concerns, and provide reassurance at every stage of the journey.
Oversight – We coordinate the legal, financial, and logistical elements of your move with meticulous attention to detail. This oversight ensures nothing is overlooked, giving you total peace of mind throughout the process.
Move management – Our downsizing experts are here to make moving simple. From space planning and organising belongings to managing removals and setting up your new home, we take care of the details so you can focus on the excitement of your next chapter.

The fee structure
We believe passionately in enabling people to live the life they want to live. The key to this is recognising people’s different financial situations and views around value and cost. Particularly important when making a significant financial decision in planning for your future. Like all things in life, it is better to think about it before you need it. At Riverstone, we believe in the ‘Value in Choice’ which is why we offer you three options.
How it works?
Buy – When you purchase your apartment at Riverstone the initial sale price is lower than that of a traditional residential development with an equivalent amenity and service offering.
Live – Riverstone ensures the highest level of service offering, from five-star concierge to wellbeing support at affordable levels with cost certainty. Riverstone does not make a profit from your monthly membership fee.
Sell – When you come to sell, you will pay us a Deferred Fee – a common payment structure in the retirement living sector. The Deferred Fee covers the cost of capital works and improvements and community infrastructure. It also covers the cost of maintaining the extensive and high-quality communal amenities in the long term. We share a common interest as we want to see you achieve the highest sale price possible, for us both to achieve the maximum return on our investment.
