Live Well

The state-of-the-art Gym and Fitness Studio has the latest E-gym equipment making it simple to keep active. Everything is adjusted automatically for your comfort using a pre-programmed wristband that our residence-based Fitness Ambassador will set up with you during your personal induction. There are also plenty of exercise classes to join each day.

Each residence features a Swimming Pool and Vitality Pool, with separate Sauna and Steam Room. Perfect for unwinding after a workout or leisurely swim.

Arts, culture and conversation

Our extensive, ever-changing programme of experiences, activities, and classes are not to be missed. Meet like-minded people and join groups with shared interests – from literature to landscaping, painting to photography, high art to high tea. There is something for everyone.
We regularly invite guest speakers to share their stories. Gyles Brandreth, Jenny Bond and Celia Imrie have all entertained residents with their incredible life experiences. More recently we hosted a night with musicians from Glyndebourne, a talk from Sir Ranulph Fiennes.

We are also proud to partner with many prestigious cultural icons in London including the Royal Albert Hall, English National Opera and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, offering exclusive events for you.

A number of film screenings in the state-of-the-art Cinema are regularly scheduled. The Cinema is also available for private events where you can enjoy one of the classic films or a new release from our library of over 14,000 films.

Lunch and dinner choices range from favourites such as a club sandwich, to classic bistro dishes like crispy battered fish and chips.
