Yes. Apartments are sold on a 150-year lease, or the remaining term for resales. The apartment is the resident’s home and their asset.

Riverstone Kensington’s fee structure includes a Membership Fee and a Deferred Fee, payable when the apartment is sold. The “Value in Choice” structure lets residents choose the balance between four options that suits their circumstances.
