The topping-out ceremony on Thursday 16th January saw representatives from St William (part of the Berkeley Group), Riverstone and EPR Architects gathered to mark the completion of the structural frame. These two adjoining buildings will provide 142 exceptional later living residences alongside a mix of amenity space and facilities.

Riverstone has acquired its fourth site – a 142 apartment building from St William, part of the Berkeley Group – which will deliver new homes in a landscape-led sustainable neighbourhood in a highly desirable south-west London enclave on London’s King’s Road.

This year, Riverstone are supporting the Hockney and Piero: A Longer Look exhibition. The exhibition has been specifically curated as part of the National Gallery’s 200th birthday celebrations.

Last week, Wates and Riverstone held a ‘topping out’ ceremony to mark the structural completion of a later living residence, Riverstone Bishops Avenue. The ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Barnet, the Barnet Education and Learning Service, Barnet & Southgate College and also BOOST, who work with the council and other providers to help local residents into work.
